Summary:
The "Re-Index" button on card 1 contains the complete re-indexing script.  The detailed explanation of why re-indexing is so much faster would take much too long here.  (However, I am working on a MacTutor article to explain it. So There :) )

Usage:
Just click on the "re-index" button.  That's all.

Installation:
Copy either the "Re-Index" button or its script from card 1 of this stack to card 1 of your stack.
